Questions
Asked before buying
Does it work when my computer is off?
No, and we will not dress that up. KeepAnswers needs Chrome running on a machine that is awake and online.
What it does not need is your attention. Chrome can be minimised, you can be in any other tab, and Facebook does not have to be open anywhere. Cycles happen in a background tab that opens, does its work and closes.
If you want cycles firing overnight, leave the machine awake, or put it on a spare laptop or a cheap always-on desktop. One machine covers every group on the licence.
Will my account get flagged?
We cannot promise it will not, and any tool that promises that is guessing.
What we do about it: one action at a time instead of bursts, randomised gaps instead of a fixed interval, quiet hours when a real admin would be asleep, a ceiling on how much happens in a single cycle, and automatic spacing between groups so two never fire back to back.
That last one matters more than it sounds. Group Leads asks the admin to space multi-group intervals by hand to avoid Facebook activity flags. A schedule is better at keeping intervals irregular than a person with a calendar is. It lowers the risk. It does not remove it.
Is this against Facebook's rules?
Facebook's terms are hostile to automated collection, and every tool in this category sits in a grey area, ours included. Here is exactly where we sit in it.
KeepAnswers reads the answers people submitted to you, in a group you administer, inside your own logged-in browser. It does not scrape profiles, it does not touch groups you do not run, it does not use the Graph API or any private endpoint, and it never sends your members to a server of ours.
We are not lawyers and Facebook enforces its terms however it likes. If losing the account would cost you more than losing the leads, do not automate anything in it, including this.
What happens when Facebook changes their layout?
It breaks, temporarily. Any extension that reads a page depends on that page's structure, and Facebook rearranges it without notice.
When it happens the extension stops finding answers rather than saving wrong ones, and we ship a fix. Updates are included for as long as the extension exists, which is the honest argument for a one-time licence over a subscription: you are not paying every month for maintenance that lands a few times a year.
If Facebook ever makes this genuinely impossible, we will say so on this page rather than keep selling.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is a refund window instead: 14 days.
