KeepAnswers
Early release

One licence. Every group. Paid once.

There is one thing to buy and one price for it. No seat count, no per-group fee, no tier that holds back the part you actually wanted.

KeepAnswers Lifetime

Pay once. Every group you run, for as long as you run them.

Launch price
$197one-time

$297 after launch

Lifetime licence. Unlimited groups. Updates for as long as the extension exists.

Your licence key and the extension download go to this address. Card details are handled by Stripe, never by us.

  • No trial. A 14-day refund window instead, which is the honest version of the same thing.
  • No subscription. The price you pay today does not change and does not renew.
  • No card details reach us. Stripe handles the payment.

What the licence includes

  • Every membership question answer saved, including the email address
  • Rows written straight into your own Google Sheet
  • Lead magnet email sent automatically as each answer lands
  • A follow-up sequence you write in the sheet, with no second subscription
  • Members approved on a randomised schedule with quiet hours
  • Runs without you at the computer
  • Multi-group spacing handled for you, no hand-timed intervals
  • Unlimited groups on one licence
  • Updates for the life of the extension

The follow-up line covers a sequence rather than a single email. As many emails as you add rows, written in a Drip emails tab in the same Google Sheet and sent from your own Gmail or Google Workspace address. A working follow-up sequence out of the box, with nothing else to pay for. Not a replacement for an email platform once you are sending at volume. Google caps one account at 100 messages a day on a personal Gmail account and 1500 on Workspace, which is the real limit on it. The longer answer is in the FAQ.

What it does not include

  • A free trial. There is a refund window instead.
  • A monthly plan. The one-time licence is the only way to buy it.
  • A Safari, Firefox or mobile version.
  • A hosted service that runs while your computer is off. Chrome has to be running on a machine that is awake and online.
  • Anything beyond participation question answers. It does not export existing members, read posts or touch comments.
  • Access to groups you do not run. You need to be an admin or moderator.
  • Done-for-you setup. The install guide is written out, but you do the deploying.
  • An email platform. The sequence sends from your own Google account, so there is an Unsubscribe link but no segmentation or bounce handling, and Google's daily send limit applies.

More on each of these in the FAQ.

Why $197 today and $297 later

Group Collector and Group Funnels both sell a lifetime licence at $297, so that is where this ends up. The launch price is what early buyers are owed for buying a product with no reviews and no track record.

There is no countdown timer on this site. We have not fixed a date, and inventing one to hurry you would be the first dishonest thing on the page.

When the early release ends, the price changes here. If you have already bought, your licence stays exactly as it is: the same price, the same features, no upgrade fee.

Against the alternatives

What the same three years costs elsewhere

Published prices, read on August 12, 2026. Subscription figures are the list price multiplied out, with nothing added for renewals or upgrades.

What each Facebook group lead tool costs after one year and after three years
ToolListed priceAfter 1 yearAfter 3 years
KeepAnswers$197 once$197$197
Group LeadsThree ways to buy. The figure is their published annual tier, not the monthly price multiplied out. Lower tiers cost less and cover fewer groups, and they also sell a lifetime licence.$27 to $57/mo, $97 to $247/yr, or $297 lifetime$247 on the plan, or $297 once$741 on the plan, or $297 once
GroupbossFigures use the top of their published range ($79 to $189/yr). The entry tier costs less and covers fewer groups.$79 to $189/yr$189$567
Group CollectorTwo ways to buy. The subscription figure and the lifetime figure are alternatives, not a total.$25/mo +VAT, or $297 lifetime$300 on the plan, or $297 once$900 on the plan, or $297 once
Group Funnels$297 lifetime$297$297

The arithmetic on the closest subscription

Group Leads Unlimited is $247 a year on their published annual tier, so $741 over three. KeepAnswers is $197 across the same three years, a difference of $544. Billed monthly instead of annually the same tier is $57 a month, or $684 a year.

They also sell a $297 lifetime licence. Against that one, the three-year gap is $297 versus $197 and the money is not the reason to pick either.

Their documentation also requires the browser to be open to Facebook for any of it to happen, which is the part the price comparison does not capture.

What a lifetime licence actually commits us to

Facebook rearranges its interface and extensions break. Selling this once means we carry that maintenance without billing you again for it, and it means we cannot quietly stop and keep charging.

If a change ever makes this impossible to build, we will say so on this site rather than keep taking payments. That is a promise we can keep, unlike a promise that Facebook will never change anything.

Refund terms, in full

You have 14 days from the moment you pay. Write to me from the address you bought with, say what you expected and what happened, and we refund in full.

We ask for the sentence about what went wrong because at this stage those emails are the only product feedback we have. It is not a hurdle and no refund has ever depended on the answer.

Two honest notes. The download and the licence key are delivered immediately, so we are trusting you as much as you are trusting us. And a refund revokes the licence key, which stops the extension from running.

Questions about buying it

Is there a free trial?

No. There is a refund window instead: 14 days.

A trial on a tool like this ends about ninety seconds after you have exported the data, so we do not run one. Buy it, install it, and if it does not do what this site says it does, ask for your money back inside the window and tell us what went wrong.

What are the refund terms?

14 days from purchase. Email support with what you expected and what happened, and we refund in full.

We would rather refund you than argue with you. We also read every one of these, because at this stage they are the only product feedback we have.

What happens when the launch price ends?

It goes from $197 to $297.

There is no countdown on this page because we have not fixed a date. The price rises when the early release period ends.

What you buy is a lifetime licence at the price you paid. It does not rise afterwards and it does not turn into a subscription.

How many groups can I run on one licence?

No cap. Add every group you administer.

The practical limit is the length of your working window. More groups means the cycle spreads wider so the gap between them stays natural. You do not work the spacing out yourself, and you do not stagger the runs by hand.

Can I send more than one email?

Yes. The follow-ups live in a Drip emails tab in the same Google Sheet, one row per email, under the headings Step, Send after (hours), Subject, Body, Enabled (yes/no). Put 0 in Send after (hours) for the lead magnet, 48 for a follow-up two days later, 120 for an offer on day five.

As many emails as you add rows. There is no cap on our side and no upgrade tier holding the third one back. Add a row and there is another email; set Enabled (yes/no) to no and that one stops going without losing the wording. Nothing gets redeployed and no setting changes in the extension.

Every one of them leaves from your own Gmail or Google Workspace address, on the same schedule as the rest of the product: inside your working window, never during quiet hours, one at a time with uneven gaps. {{first_name}} in the body is filled in from the answer already saved on that person's row, and each row is stamped with the time its email went so you can see what has been sent.

Do I need Mailchimp or ConvertKit?

Not to send the sequence. The emails go from your own Google account, so a working set of follow-ups costs you nothing beyond the licence. A working follow-up sequence out of the box, with nothing else to pay for. Not a replacement for an email platform once you are sending at volume.

The ceiling is Google's, not ours. One account can send 100 messages a day on a personal Gmail account and 1500 on Workspace, counted across everything that address sends, including the mail you type yourself. Past a few hundred sends a week you are going to hit that, and at that point a real email platform is the better tool. We would rather write that here than let you find it out at the send limit.

Every email carries an Unsubscribe link, and anyone who uses it is never emailed again. Beyond that there is no segmentation, no bounce handling and no deliverability reporting. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit do all of that, and doing it well is the entire reason they exist. All four connect to an email platform you bring, and that platform is better at sequences than we are. If you already pay for one, that hand-off is an advantage of theirs rather than a gap.

Connecting one is easy whenever you decide to. The output is an ordinary Google Sheet, so a Mailchimp import, a Zapier or Make new-row trigger, or a CSV export all work, and we did not have to build an integration for any of them. The difference is that the follow-ups are already going out while you decide.

Does it work when my computer is off?

No, and we will not dress that up. KeepAnswers needs Chrome running on a machine that is awake and online.

What it does not need is your attention. Chrome can be minimised, you can be in any other tab, and Facebook does not have to be open anywhere. Cycles happen in a background tab that opens, does its work and closes.

If you want cycles firing overnight, leave the machine awake, or put it on a spare laptop or a cheap always-on desktop. One machine covers every group on the licence.
